1. Service Description

Clawz is a platform that provides access to various third-party artificial intelligence models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) through a unified proxy interface and workspace environment. We offer credit-based access to these models without requiring you to use your own API keys.

2. Third-Party AI Services

When utilizing our platform, your prompts, text, images, and other inputs are passed through our proxy to our third-party AI provider partners (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate the requested output. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your data is transmitted to these third parties solely for processing the request.
  • You must also comply with the usage policies, terms of service, and acceptable use policies of any specific third-party models you choose to interact with through our platform.

3. Account and Credits

You must register for an account and purchase credits to use our premium AI features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Credits: AI usage is billed on a per-token basis and deducted from your account balance.
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely via our payment partners (Stripe).
  • Refunds: Payments for credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law. If you experience technical issues, please contact support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clawz.io for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. You are explicitly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to bypass our proxy infrastructure, access keys, or security limitations.
  • Using the models to generate hate speech, explicit content, or content that violates the law.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer our platform or the third-party models.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. We securely encrypt data in transit and at rest. While we proxy your requests to third parties, we do not monitor or read your private workspace requests unless compelled by law or to investigate severe abuse. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) any output generated by third-party AI models.

7. Platform Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to Clawz.io, but we cannot guarantee that our service, or the third-party AI APIs we rely on, will be available 100% of the time. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream AI providers.

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
